Terms of Service

By submitting a document to KGA Digital or purchasing a review service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
KGA Digital provides independent analytical review of submitted research, arguments, proposals, documents, and other materials within an agreed scope.
KGA Digital does not guarantee that a document is correct, publishable, academically acceptable, or likely to be accepted by any journal, institution, publisher, or other organization.
2. Scope of Review
A review evaluates the material submitted and the questions requested by the client. KGA Digital does not independently verify every factual claim, source, citation, or piece of underlying data unless that work is specifically included in the agreed scope.
The review is intended to identify potential weaknesses and areas for further examination. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, and ownership of materials they submit. Clients retain responsibility for their work and for any decisions made based on a KGA Digital review.
4. Confidentiality
KGA Digital will not intentionally publish or publicly disclose submitted materials or client reviews without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
Clients should not submit confidential information that they are not authorized to share.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms, pricing, and any refund provisions will be established before work begins. Once a review has commenced, refunds may be limited to circumstances agreed upon in advance.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
KGA Digital provides analysis, not a predetermined result. A review may identify substantial weaknesses, support the strength of an argument, or conclude that available evidence is insufficient to reach a firm conclusion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGA Digital is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of a review or from decisions made based upon it.
8. Acceptance
By submitting materials or purchasing services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
KGA Digital reserves the right to update these terms as the service develops. The version in effect at the time a service is purchased will apply to that transaction.
